Each year, the City of West Hollywood hosts its incomparable Halloween Carnaval, one of the most unique Halloween gatherings in the world. The event is free and open for all to enjoy, but children and pets are discouraged from attending because of dense crowds. The event has grown year-by-year into an annual gathering of phenomenal costumes, entertainment, culture, and self-expression with a myriad of observers, revelers, exhibitionists, and performers. Remember: if you see something, say something! Additional Closures.
